Post Luminaria, a 150,000- square foot residential/retail complex on the East side of New York City was developed in a joint venture with Post Properties of Atlanta. This award winning building, designed by Randy Gerner of GKV Architects, was completed August, 2002. Clarett sold its interest in the property to Post Properties.
